Vegan Indian Masterclass (Sunday 12th May 2019)

This is one of our regular Masterclass Events where we go into more depth about the ingredients and spices we are using. 

Join us for a day of creation as we make a plant-based Indian feast that uses Scottish seasonal produce to create dishes with flavour, spice and aromatics.

We will sit together and enjoy the meal at the end of the day, and you can take leftovers home provided you bring a container.

Some dishes you will learn:

  • Cauliflower tikka masala
  • Beetroot Shami kebab
  • Vegan Palak Paneer
  • Homemade Chapatti
  • Aubergine Bharha – spiced and smokey mashed aubergine
  • Coconut and carrot halva

  • We are a sustainable cook school and minimise the use of plastic so please bring your Tupperware for leftovers
