Spanish Vegan Summer (Sunday 23rd June 2019)

One of our first classes of summer will be about learning how to cook incredibly delicious Spanish vegan food.  As always we will only be using seasonal summer produce. Spanish food doesn’t usually lend itself to vegan or vegetarian but in this class, you will learn some unusual Spanish regional recipes that happen to be vegan!

This class is hands-on as well as demo based and you get to enjoy a feast after the class where all the dishes are served to share. Any leftovers can be taken home so please bring Tupperware with you. We are a sustainable school and do not use single-use plastic.

Sample dishes you may learn:

Courgette tempura with shallots in sherry vinegar and piquillo peppers

Cold Almond and garlic soup

Bean salad with barberry, figs and herb dressing

Pomegranate Granita
