Join us to explore the exotic cuisine of South India the land of coconut monsoons.

Think steamed lentil savoury cakes, fermented rice pancakes and coconut-infused flavours. In this class, you will practice knife-skills and building balanced flavours as we put together an elegant South Indian feast. Come prepared for a journey to the land of delicious food and flavours.

  • Savoy cabbage thoran
  • Appams (fermented rice flour cakes with coconut milk)
  • Ishtu (veggie based coconut milk stew)
  • Tender coconut payasam (pudding)
