Sourdough Taster Workshop (Sunday 15th March 2020)

Location: Kaleyard Cook School & Kitchen, Toryglen Community Base

In this class, Kaleyard welcomes back Vicky Manning from The Little Sourdough Bakery as a guest cook, to once again show students how to make and bake sourdough.  This class will explain, in simple terms, the science behind sourdough as well as examining how different flours work and the most important part – how to maintain and understand your starter.
This class will also include a lovely seasonal soup and salad, as well as the sourdough you will have shaped and baked.
