International Dumpling Masterclass (Friday 21st February 2020)

Location: Kaleyard Cook School & Kitchen, Toryglen Community Base

In this class Kaleyard will teach you how to make a variety of dumplings from around the world – Chinese wonton, central Asian manti, Georgian khinkali and Tibetian momos using seasonal Scottish spring vegetables.
