What you’ll Learn:

In this class, Noni McNeill, owner of Tempehtation UK, will show you how to create some exciting recipes using the hugely popular tempeh.

The menu will combine local produce with traditional Indonesian spices and flavours.


What To Expect: 

Tempeh is highly nutritious and a staple source of protein in Indonesia.  It has become very popular over the last few years with more and more people adopting a plant based diet.

Lots of people in the UK still don’t know how to cook tempeh.  Come along and Noni will show you how easy it is!


Potential Recipes: 

  • Opor Tempeh – A curry dish made using spiced coconut milk        
  • Tempeh in Balinese sauce – This delicious dish is bursting with some of the key spices of Indonesia – lemongrass, chilli and lime leaves
  • Urap – A traditional Indonesian salad, which was a huge hit during our time catering at events around the UK
