Indian Vegan Masterclass (Saturday 25th January 2020)

Learn to cook plant-based Indian inspired meal as part of Veganuary. We will teach you how to make a delicious seasonal vegan Indian feast, and end with a simple vegetable fermented pickle to take home.

What could be included: 


  • Seasonal sabzi vegan kofta curry
  • Vegan ‘ghee’ (coconut oil based)
  • Spinach and green chilli paratha
  • Chana tarka daal with tamarind and browned onions
