Indian Vegan and Vegetarian Summer (Saturday 22nd June 2019)


Date:  Saturday 22nd June 2019

Time: 11am – 3 pm

Location: The Old Kitchen at The Old Barn, Pollok Park

Learn how to cook incredibly delicious and simple Indian vegan food with seasonal summer produce.

This is a hands-on class, as well as demo based, and you get to enjoy a feast after the class where all the dishes are served to share.  Any leftovers can be taken home, so please ensure you bring your Tupperware.

Dishes that might be included:

Spring Vegetable Biryani

Coconut raita with curry leaf and cumin tempering

Aubergine borani with peppers and Kashmiri chilli

Homemade chappati

  • All ingredients 
  • Use of all equipment and aprons
  • Expert tuition
  • All recipes emailed to each attendee
  • We are a sustainable cook school and minimise the use of plastic so please bring your Tupperware for leftovers
  • Alcohol is not included, although you are welcome to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy with your meal
