Easter Baking (Adult class) (Sunday 05th April 2020)

What you’ll Learn:

By the end of the class, you’ll master Easter bakes from British to Russian classics – you’ll also impress your friends and family with a delicious recipe for a Greek lamb roast (veggie version available too) and a spring greens soup with Parmesan biscuits.


What To Expect: 

Easter is one of the perfect times to bake and entertain. We will teach you some classic Easter sweet breads plus an Easter lunch menu with an international theme. Come learns from our experienced founding instructor Sumayya Usmani.

  • Spring greens, mint and spring onion soup with Parmesan biscuits
  • Greek lamb roast
  • Kulich – Russian Easter bread
  • Cardamom and pistachio hot cross buns with dried cherries
